We have our own professional team engaged in the QC part, when our clients place us the order, they will working as the customer inspection team to guarantee all the materials and production in the right way. From the raw materials, half-finished products, finished products, final packing and during the container loading, our QC team follow the whole process to make sure all the materials are in 100% good shape!

Packing & Delivery

Professional Package to the Materials for EXPROT Delivery

Considering the materials can be easy damaged during delivery, unloading, and storage. We enhance the protective package to the materials and provide customers two manual "Guide of unloading" & "Guide of Storage" to confirm all the material delivered on site with 100% good condition.

Trail assembling service

In-house Trial Assembling Service will be provided for the Customized Order to make sure all the bolt connections and panel connections are 100% correct. Besides, we will do the test erection in-house for the structure and panel of the house before mass production to make sure all processes are 100% correct!

1.Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
We are the manufacturing factory .Welcome to visit us ,we will show you the models and the materials in our factory .

2.What Products do your company manufacturing ?
We manufacture the steel structure building, prefab house, container house, portable home, worker camp, low cost housing, villa house, government housing project, emergency room & different kinds of insulation sandwich panel etc.

3.What is your company production capacity ?
Steel structure:600MT per month;
Prefab house: 30000sqm per month;
Flat packed Container : 600 units per month;
Detachable container: 2000 units per month;
Portable home: 300 units per month;
Sandwich panel: 300000sqm per month.

4.What is the delivery time ?
We can deliver the standard order goods about 7-20 working days according to the quantity after payment .

5.How to pack the product ?
We delivery the materials by bulk shipment load by shipping container. Our company have the standard packing for all the materials to avoid the damage during transportation.

6.About the safety and wind resistance of the prefab house ?
we will design the safety and wind resistance according to the local climate ,and we usually design the house with the earthquake intensity by 7 degrees and the wind load with 80~120km/H according to the project requirements.

7.What is the MOQ ?
1*20GP .

8.Payment terms ?
Normal will be T /T, 40% advanced as deposit and 60% payment before loads container & delivery.

9.Do you have engineers can help to install oversea?
A) We can send our engineer as Technical Supervisor on site to support the site installation. And client need to offer the round tickets ,dormitory ,food ,and USD150 each person each day .
B) We also can provide the installation team and the cost should be negotiated by both party.

10.How many types of sandwich panel do you have ?
We have wall panel and roof panel. Classified by core materials, they are EPS sandwich panel, rock wool sandwich panel, glass wool sandwich panel, PU/PIR/PUR sandwich panel, MGO sandwich panel, cleaning room panel, handcraft sandwich panel, etc.

11.How long you can offer the quotation and design plan ?
We can offer the quotation within 24 hours after the receipt of necessary project information.

12.How can you guarantee that the prefab buildings can be installed correctly if we build them on our own ?
We can provide you with the detail installation drawings, installation guidance, installation video & photos, etc., to make sure the prefab buildings be installed correctly.
