In recent years, with the development of economy, the demand for prefab house in many countries is increasing. We have also done many different types of prefab house projects in recent years, these real project cases that we present here are only parts of them. Project 1: Railway project in 16000 sqm

This project we have provided with the whole prefab buildings including the office buildings, JV accommodation, Senior staff accommodation, worker canteen, safety induction center, club house, medical station, laundry, warehouse, worker accommodation, security room, toilet & shower units, etc. with US standard electrical materials, sanitary materials, plumbing materials, ceiling, vinyl floor sheet, all kinds of partition and doors, windows were all installed in our workshop, the construction team received all finish materials on site and the site installation was very fast. So far, this project is used very good and we have received the high praise from client.

Project 2: Sun city project in 8000 sqm

This project includes the site office buildings, worker barracks, toilet & shower, canteen, laundry and clinic house. All partition wall & door were produced by panel with door and panel with windows in our workshop, client just has the panel installed on site, no need to produce the door and partition, it saves a lot of time and money.

Project 3: Philippines project in 3200 sqm

This project located in Philippines. On 16th of Dec 2021, the Super Typhoon Rai with wind speed of about 195km/h (120mph) swept across the central Philippines. Many buildings were damaged by the typhoon, especially many temporary prefab buildings were blown down. Feedbacked from our client, our prefab house building are still standing in a very good situation and not been affected. The safety structure of our prefab house has exceeded our clients' expectations. They are very satisfied with our products quality.

Project 4: Cambodia project in 3600 sqm

This project used double floor K-type prefab house with up level design for the worker camp. It was 20 rooms per floor, total 2 floors with 40 rooms can supply for 80~160 workers for commemoration. Single floor K house was for office buildings.

Project 5: 3 & 4-storey workers quarter buildings in Singapore

The design and material application for the buildings need to comply with BS standards and all steel raw materials need FPC certification. We used steel structure system for the whole frame design and got the structure calculation approved by BCA. Floor used steel decking with concrete, wall used fire-resistant rock wool sandwich panel with plaster board and Aluminum louver windows & Fireproof steel door, etc. Our supply includes design, shop drawings, fabrication, delivery and construction drawings for this project.

Project 6: Hospital project in Chile

The hospital project has fireproof and purification requirements, so we used steel structure for frame, 75mm MGO sandwich panel for wall and 50mm MGO board for ceiling. All the installation fittings used aluminium accessories. The whole hospital project took less than 5 months from design, production, delivery to site & finish installation. It accumulated a lot of experience for some emergency application medical projects in the future. In 2020 & 2021, we have also carried out some isolation hospital projects in Philippines, Africa and other regions.

Project 7: double floor office building in Singapore

For this 2 floors prefab office building, we adopted prefab system. Due to the big span, we used I-beam & square tube for the interior support and rockwool sandwich panel for wall.

With the development for Belt & Road, China Construction group has many projects overseas. In recent years, as a stable supplier of China Construction group, we have provided good quality projects, favorable prices and timely delivery for all their prefab projects.

Project 9: Prefab school projects in Africa countries

The school projects that we have provided to Africa countries were adopted k house & T house design, the size was about 70sqm per classroom, all classrooms were installed and used as a single unit, students can enjoy spacious, insulated and soundproof classrooms without interference. The classroom can install 2 units per day by 6 workers manual.

Project 10: Mining camp project in Bolivia in 12600sqm

In this project, we used the T-house design to complete the size customization according to the customer's field requirements. All T house buildings were in single floor design with the usage of light steel frame, 50mm EPS foam sandwich panel for roof and wall, aluminium sliding windows and steel door. We sent our engineer to the site for installation supervision. This project was done well and received higher praise from the client.
