In recent years, with the development of economy, the demand for steel structure buildings in many countries is increasing. We have also done many different types of steel structure projects in recent years, these real project cases that we present here are only parts of them. Project 1: Lighting factory with warehouse in 65000 sqm

The lighting factory is composed of 5 workshops, including 3 manufacturing workshops, a packaging workshop and a warehouse. The whole buildings use built-up beam and wave single steel sheet for cover system. It took 2 months for production and 5 months for construction.

Project 2: Steel warehouse in Saudi Arabia in 30000 sqm

This steel warehouse was constructed at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the whole building covers 30000sqm. Since the local climate is dry and hot, the thermal insulation effect needs to be considered. We had used 75mm thick Pu sandwich panel for roof and wall in this project to achieve the thermal insulation effect.

Project 3: Steel workshop in 6000 sqm

The owner of this workshop considers the building is for rental use. Therefore, we consider three span workshops is to be adopted for the design. And each span is designed in 20m width*100m length, total area is 6000 square meters with 3 span workshops. At the same time, considering the requirements of different tenants in the future, the workshops have been installed with cranes beams. Each span workshop also can add partitions and then it can be separated into 3 smaller workshops. Because it can be divided into three workshops for rent, it's very flexible.

Project 4: Chevrolet Auto Exhibition Center

The exhibition center was built with the steel structure frame & glass curtain wall. The first floor is exhibition hall and the second floor is reception center and office with partition. The project took only 50 days from design to completion and delivery to customers.

Project 5: Stainless steel project

This project used 304 stainless steel structure, all materials were pickled and the end sides of finished components were sealed. The welding process of stainless steel components is much higher than the common steel structural components.

Project 6: Philippines project in 180KPH wind speed design

This was a logistics center with very high wind resistance requirements. All components and welding standards must meet the wind resistance requirements. The project was produced only after it meets the customer's requirements through loading calculation approved, with an area of 3600 square meters and wind resistance of 180kph. It used painted steel structure and insulation sandwich panel for cover system.

Project 7: Multi storey steel structure building

This project is a 4-storey office building with painted steel structure, 75mm thick fireproof rock wool sandwich panel for roof and exterior & partition wall, and the floor is steel decking with concrete and ceramic tile. The whole building is very strong and durable with good effect.

Project 8: Feed factory in 15000 sqm

The feed plant considers the use and transmission of indoor materials, so the design height is 9 meters & 12 meters. Considering the layout of the whole production line, the length of the whole plant is 150 meters. The building is used with painted steel structure and 50mm EPS foam sandwich panels for wall cover. It also has been installed with the natural exhaust system on top of the roof.

Project 9: Battery Workshop in 8000 sqm

The pictures show the installation of the second workshop of the battery factory. Considering the fireproof, anti-static and purify requirements of the whole workshop, we uses painted steel structure, and the maintenance system adopts 50mm thick MGO sandwich panel for wall and 50mm handcraft Manual panel for ceiling. It takes 2 months from design, production, transportation & finish installation.

Project 10: Purified water workshop in 3360 sqm

This factory project is a workshop for the production of pure water. There is a purification workshop inside the factory. The whole project uses painted steel structure and 75mm EPS foam insulation sandwich panels. The project is in good use in Panama
