Light steel Living house project cases

In recent years, low-cost living houses are widely used in different countries as Residential housing, low-cost housing, relocation housing etc. Some are also used for disaster reconstruction as the temporary living room. Project 1: Living house in Uruguay

This is the prefab living house project used as the vacation project. We use the light steel frame and the 50mm/100mm sandwich panel for wall & roof, it takes 5 days to have the turn-key and hand to clients for use.

Project 2: Prefab office building in Paraguay

The client is a construction company, they have different project sites, so they required the office can be easy installed and movable in big size. We used the prefab design with steel chassis. After the completion of the project, client will disassemble the office and move to other construction site and do assemble works to use the movable office building again.

Project 3: High-set footing villa house

This project was high set footing design. It is applicable to the construction site environment without cement foundation and directly use the steel footing. The height can be according to the project required and some clients was required the up floor to be living and the ground floor to be use as car parking, or warehouse, or store, or laundry etc.

Project 4: Vacation house in Malaysia

The project is used as a rental vacation house in Malaysia. The size are customized according to the customer's requirements with steel chassis and the high-set footing design. With low cost materials spec but looks good, client is satisfied with our products.

Project 5: villa house project in China

This is the low cost prefab living house built in China. The size is 100sqm with 3 bedrooms design, using 75mm EPS sandwich panel for wall and covered with PVC cladding. The roofing used plaster board, OSB board and asphalt tile.

Project 6: Low cost living house project in South America

This is the low cost prefab living house built in Uruguay. The size is 60sqm with 2 bedrooms design, using 50mm EPS sandwich panel for wall & roof then covered with PVC cladding.

Project 7:Family living house project in Angola

This project was in Angola. Considering the requirements of anti-theft and fire-resistant, we used the 100mm cement composite board for exterior wall, and 50mm sandwich panel for roof and interior wall.
