Knowledge about Detachable Container

Detachable container is a new generation of prefab house. It is a whole unit itself, which can be used as a single portable house, or combined laterally or placed with layers. Detachable Container home can be connected by bolts, with easy installation and fast transportation. Life span is 15 years. Detachable house popular applications in Refugee Camp, Labor Camp, Dormitory, Office, Toilet, Guard House, Shop, Hotel.

One detachable container standard size is 5.95m(L)*2.8m(H)*3m(W),Area is about 18 square meters.All materials that we used is galvanized base steel with powder coating,which is good for protect from getting rust!

About the roofing system,we have two option:

The first one is roofing sheet + roof frame + insulation wool layer + ceiling sheet,which is can save cost,and can load more quantity.But this one does’t have good heat insulation and waterproof performance.

The second option is roofing sheet + 50mm sandwich panel,which is easier install than option 1,It have better heat preservation and insulation,also better waterproof performance,but the loading quantity will be less than option one.

It is easy to install,4 workers can finish one unit within 3 hours with manual tool,no need cranes or any huge machines,very convenient !When you want to move the container houses to other places for another project,just disassemble and then move to another project location,assemble again!Or you can lift them up to the truck,then drive to the destination and use crane to place again!

Detachable container houses align with the societal development concept of “green, environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and low-carbon.” With technological advancements, their future development prospects are promising.
